A great session tonight led by Head Coach Tom Iveson. Over 25 skaters joined the training session with new skaters taking part with skills development, skate body positioning and hard work by groups 1,2&3!
Today we did a 5 minute challenge...skate as many laps in 5 minutes as you can. Ice was soft so this was hard work but top mention to everyone who did the 5min and also a 3min challenge! 22.5 laps in 5 laps was the mark set, well done all!
We do it again in 8 weeks!
