Saturday 5th November saw another great training session led by Coach Tom and Coach Jo. Lots of skaters and fast skating.
We had 3 groups. Groups 1 and 2 did 7,5,3 laps twice (2 x 7-5-3) whilst the juniors in group 3 did lots of technical skills as well as a few races.
Very cold but a great atmosphere and everyone skated brilliantly. Well done all.
After the ice session finished Coach Jo demonstrated some off ice skating drills to one of our junior skaters.
